Local Storage Only: All your clipboard data, notes, and app preferences are stored locally on your Mac. Vspot does not automatically sync or transmit your personal content to external servers or cloud services.

Security Measures: Your data is protected by:

• Secure local storage using Apple's recommended practices
• No unauthorized network transmission of personal content

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Vspot does not share, sell, or transmit your personal clipboard content to third parties. Your data remains on your device under your control.

No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics services that would have access to your personal content.

5. User Control and Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• Clear Data: Use the "Clear All" function to delete clipboard history at any time
• Selective Deletion: Delete individual items or categories of content as needed
• App Uninstallation: Uninstalling Vspot will remove all associated data from your device
• Export Control: You choose what data to export and when

6. macOS Permissions

Vspot requires certain macOS permissions to function:

• Accessibility Access: To monitor clipboard changes and provide seamless capture
• File System Access: To save and organize your content locally

These permissions are used solely for the app's core functionality and are managed through macOS security settings.

7. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do:
